Read MoreIn a turnkey engagement, Ascent Semiconductors is fully accountable for running the project and handing it over. Payments follow milestones and depend on your reviews. We first go through your specifications and estimate the people and time the entire project will need; once we agree, we take complete ownership and see it through on schedule and to a high standard.
Under the ODC model, Ascent forms a team dedicated solely to your work. They sit mostly in our office, isolated from the rest of the company on their own firewall-protected network, and can move to your site whenever you need. Staffing is planned every quarter according to your projects, while our leads and program managers supervise all ODC work and deliveries.
Here Ascent helps you build a design center the way you envision it. We hire the team jointly with you and run all execution and deliverables ourselves. When 18 to 24 months have passed, the team passes to you at a transfer price settled beforehand.
Meant for urgent, temporary requirements, this model gives you engineers from Ascent for a period we agree on together. They can work at your premises or ours. Billing is monthly, following the agreed rate card that reflects each person’s skills and experience.
